Common questions
- Receipt scan looks wrong. Try cropping the receipt clearly, retake the photo with good light, and review or edit line items on the next screen before starting a split.
- Can’t join or share a bill. Check your internet connection and that you’re using the latest app version from the App Store.
- Subscriptions or billing. Purchases are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel them in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
